ReadBase

Small tool for reading IGRIP scores (for example basic values for comparison after converting real-life measurements into a virtual plan of the installations; of course the path has to be attached correctly). These scores are saved in a text file under the robot name selected in the cabin.

ReadTool

Small tool for reading IGRIP tool scores as well as the tool names selected in IGRIP that are applied in the box of the selected robot. The scores are saved in the indicated directory inside a text file under the robot name selected in the box. By doing so, you will be able to easily provide your online engineer with the necessary tool scores.

AutoAuxData

The GSL tool AutoAuxData corrects the standard aux data for Kuka Robots running a RCS module. These aux data settings are absolutely necessary in order to program robots offline with the RCS module and to avoid problem reports. Furthermore, these settings are important to complete a download. The following aux data are processed:
-- RELSPEED
-- SPEED_MODE
-- ROUNDING
-- CORNER_MODE
-- DISTANCE
-- TERMTYPE
-- TIME
-- SPOT

CreatePath

The GSL tool CreatePath creates a GSL programme for download (for example Kuka robots). There are no CLI instructions needed, so the programme is able to run with ultraspot and without makro-read-option. The settings for teach-in and use of the RCS module (Kuka) are adjusted inside the GSL programme. The tool and basic scores are registered in the respective procedure (later robot programme) according to the aux data settings. The following parameters are automatically registered within the GSL programme and are converted by the robot syntaxis (conversion of computer language) after download:
Input (WAIT FOR Inline form at Kuka)
Output (OUT Inline form at Kuka)
Gluing (inline form at Kuka)
Slamming (inline form at Kuka)
Clinching (inline form at Kuka)
Additional options as desired.
